Can't Add new Member into Team

I just created a new team, but I can't add new member to this team from Team view. I can't input user name there, does it caused by my GitLab setting of "username_changing_enable = false"?
BTW, Those members were added by my through Admin Console. It's only a work around, not a fix.
PS. I thought when we enable LDAP authentication, we should set username_changing_enable as false by default.
