Error: Creator can't be blank

We deleted an user. Now we see in the projects-admin-page:
- Owned by: (deleted)
- Created by: (deleted)
First bug:
I can't change the owner, nor the creator.
Second bug:
Because of this, i can't do any project-changes in the admin area (e.g. diabling the wiki) with the following errors:
Creator can't be blank
Can't check your ability to create projectTL;TR
We changed the owner manually in the database.
