cannot visit wiki after migrate to 5.0

I followed the instruction to upgrade to 5.0 and migrate former wikis successfully.
All the wikis are converted to git repository under /home/git/repositories.
But I could access the wiki, all the pages are 404.
I cloned the wiki repo into local machine and run with gollum, it works fine. All pages are rendered properly.
Is there something missing?
