Adding a group of people overwrites a users permissions if the user was already part of the project

Hi,

When adding a group to a project when one (or more) of the users is already active in that project the access rights of the group will overwrite the rights of the currently active users.

Steps to repro:

  1. Create project and add a user with master permissions (e.g.)
  2. Create a group with that user in it
  3. Add that group to the project with lower permissions.
