[5.1] Issue List: Milestone Filter + non-open Issues filter

Running gitlab 5.1 (btw - magnificient release guys!) against a postgresql database.
Viewing open issues list and setting a milestone filter works as expected, showing only the open issues having the selected milestone set.
If i select any other option on the left ("assigned to"/"created by"/"closed"/"all")
a. the milestone filter is gone (not a bug per se, but rather inconvenient, i feel this should be session based user setting, as on github)
Then if any milestone filter is set on that list
b. it displays Nothing to show here - although the not-milestone-filtered list contains matching issues - so this one clearly is a bug.
