Repo got deleted with no reason

After installing and playing a while with gitlab I found, that a repo of newly created project, where I pushed changes from another repo got deleted with no reason.
Unfortunately, I can't even imagine what could be the reason of that behaviour and can't reproduce it.
I only remember that it happened after a server reboot. I may also suppose, that it may be related to issue #3665 (closed) (cause it seems like github service does not stop/start properly) or maybe it relates to some of other issues that I cought during that day (they are already reported by other people).
I'm creating this issue, so other people could find it and leave their comments if they met the same problem.
