Merge Request not merging

Hi!
I am trying to run this bundle exec rake gitlab:satellites:create RAILS_ENV=production on my git but I keep getting this error.
`sdr1@sdr1:/home/git/gitlab-shell$ sudo bundle exec rake gitlab:satellites:create RAILS_ENV=production
rake aborted!
No Rakefile found (looking for: rakefile, Rakefile, rakefile.rb, Rakefile.rb)
(See full trace by running task with --trace)` Please help me out here. I have tried everything that there is. I have ruby 1.9.3 and latest gems version too.
