5-1-Stable Error 400 when removing a member from a team.

As a team Admin (not gitlab admin) when I try to remove a user form the team I get a 400 error. indicating that http:///admin/teams//members/ doesn't exist
to reproduce
- browse to: Admin Area -> Teams
- Click on the team's name
- Click on "Remove" ffor one of the members
