GitLab 5.2 Broken Layout in IE9

Am I the only one that has a completely broken layout in IE9? The login page has gone totally wack and the dashboard shows no activity. Everything looks good in chrome and rekonq.
I'm not sure if it broke on GL 5.1 or GL5.2 GL 5.0 looks fine.
