5.2 Merge request scrolls up in Chrome for windows

Created by: hithwen

Summary: When viewing a merge request and scroll down, new content is loaded below but the page scrolls up to the top every time you try to scroll down, so you cannot see the code. This happens in chrome for windows, in mac works fine. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter a merge request
  2. Scroll down
  3. Wait for new content to load, page scrolls up
  4. Scroll down again Expected behavior: View all page content Observed behavior: Page scrolls up all the time
