Branches didn't clean after re-import

Reproduce:

  1. Create/Import Project from Github
  2. Delete branches it has
  3. Create new branch(ex. Rawr) in the project
  4. Delete the Project
  5. Re-Create/Import same project from github
  6. Check Branches

Result Branch named "Rawr" still exist in the project and commit messages and others are still there..
