Access denied

Hi,
Yesterday I installed gitlab 2.1 on a ubuntu 10.04 virtual machine, created a new user, imported my ssh key, created a project and then commited a readme. Everything went ok. Even now I can push new changes.
Now i want to create another project... and i keep getting the
Gitolite Error Application cant get access to your gitolite system.
- Check 'config/gitlab.yml' for correct settings.
On the server console i get this kind of message:

Creating a project with the admin account doesn't work either...
Can you post some more information on your wiki https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/wiki regarding those issues that everyone seems to have plz?
