[stable-5.3] in https, not all gravatars fetch from https://secure.gravatar.com

Created by: beat

Most gravatars are fetched from HTTPS gravatar link (e.g. top right one, and most tabs of project).

But not everywhere, e.g. in Dashboard and in Project's homepage, gravatars are not fetched from the https version of gravatar.

Effect is that the secure lock in browser disappears.

Nothing major, mostly esthetic.

(Running gitlabs on localhost with puma in TCP mode through Apache2 proxy with SSL being done in Apache).
