Missing escaping/possible XSS in Issues title, comment suggestion

Steps to reproduce:
- Create issue with i.e in Title.
- Add a comment to issue and type # which will come up with issue-selector/suggestions where a select-box will show up.
Expected: Suggestion showing the text "" instead of select-box
