Summary: Branches with a minus sign in it (and possibly other characters) don't show up in the merge request branches dropdown.

Steps to reproduce: Create a branch with minus signs in it and push it to origini; e.g "branch-with-signs"

Expected behavior: The branch names should show up in the branch dropdown elements

This problem affects the latest stable Gitlab version 5.3
