Empty dashboard/newsfeed after upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1

Hi Gitlabhq,
After upgrading from 5.0 to 5.1, dashboard is now empty. (not any better with 5.2 nor 5.3).
No error reported in logs, sidekick started, redis started...
