Deleted project with id=1, sidekiq won't start

Created by: blang

Summary: If you delete the first project (id=1), sidekiq won't start even if another project is added. Reproduce: Fresh 5.3 stable installation on debian. Create first project and delete it. Steps to prove: In mysql: "update projects set id=1 where id=2;" and sidekiq will start again. Complete steps, just in case: Login as admin, create project, delete project, add user, login as user, create project.

Log: log/sidekiq.log: 2013-07-01T11:38:25Z 27939 TID-n4i7s WARN: Couldn't find UsersProject with id=1 2013-07-01T11:38:25Z 27939 TID-n4i7s WARN: /home/git/gitlab/vendor/bundle/ruby/1.9.1/gems/activerecord- 3.2.13/lib/active_record/relation/finder_methods.rb:343:in `find_one'
