Events not being generated for 5.3

Perhaps i'm crazy, but after upgrading from 5.1 to 5.3 [with an upgrade to 5.2 in the middle], events are seemingly no longer being generated for push events. For example, as you can see below, for my repo, if I view it in the Commits tab, the latest commit was Friday, but if I view the home-screen, the latest commit was right before I upgraded. Is there something i'm missing? A known bug or a migration problem?
