Summary: For some reason, i got "Your changes could not be committed, because the file has been changed".
Reproduce:
- Edit this file http://pastebin.com/GLeLeG96 in via web.
- Add commit message and Submit
- You will get "Your changes could not be committed, because the file has been changed"
- Check admin logs under production.log
Result: nothing happen and commit didn't successfully added
