"Scroll Down" link doesn't work on admin logs page

The "Scroll down" link doesn't take you to the bottom of the page.
Got to Admin, logs and select the production.log tab. Click the "Scroll down" link.
The link should jump to the bottom of the log file to show the last line.
When the link is clicked, nothing happens.
