Browse Code/Commits - 500 error

Can't seem to browse code or view commits on website, running version 2.2. No errors in gitlabhq/log/production.log, only error in NGINX error.log is "cache: [GET /newapptest/master/tree] miss".
Steps taken.
Created repository on website, followed First-Step instructions, Successfully pushed repository to site, once I hit F5 on instruction page after the initial push I get the 500 error.
I can pull the repository, make change sand push it up, with no issues. I just can't see it on the website. I have verified the Repository directory access.

Any other suggestions I can try, I've done some searches with no luck
