Graph should identify committers by email

Currently, the Graph feature identifies persons by their name instead of the email address. That means, if you commit using different names, your activities will be split up in two different graphs.
The problem is, I sometimes commit using my pseudonym (e.g. for Github), and sometimes using my real name (for work), and sometimes I mix them up accidentially.
Combined with the feature request Ability to have multiple email addresses, using the email address should solve any problems of this kind.
