Gitlab doesn't show anything

Hello Guys
Today i have installed a fully clean gitlab with the gitlab howto. Everything was fine, without errors or warnings. After that all, i cant request the URL it shows just the Files without the Gitlab Template.
Here are some Checks and a Screenshot.
