Closing issue not created by yourself

Summary Closing an issue assigned to you (but not created by yourself) display the issue author as the one who closed the issue
Steps to reproduce
- create an issue with a user, assign it to another user (might not be required)
- log in as the "assigned" user and close the issue
- see the dashboard and notice the author of the issue is the one who closed it
Expected behavior The user closing the issue should be listed as the one who closed it
