If in name you have special characters it appears bad labeled in Graphs

To reproduce the issue
- Create new user
- Put a name with special characters (Óscar García for example)
- Make changes in repo
- Go to Graphs tab
Expected: That the username apears as is
Observed behavior: The username appears broken with no special characters as in following screenshot
