GitLab 6: Wall feature not working

The form to display and add new wall entries on all of the wall project pages are missing after an update to GitLab 6. The whole page contains only a head line.
There were no error messages in the logs or while the update steps. The productions.log simply show up a HTTP200. The rest of the log files doesn't have any entries regarding the wall feature.
Is it possible to gather more information about this issue or are there any hints to solve it?
