No Status Update after IP Change

Today I changed the IP Address of my Gitlab server (changing ip in /etc/network/interfaces, /etc/hosts and nginx config).
Since then I can push but I'm not getting a status update on my Activity Stream and the last activity time of the project stays unchanged. When I go into the project's commit tab I'm seeing the push with it's commits. Since the push is not listed in the Activity Stream it is also not calling Hooks for Gitlab CI.
