Dashboard commits are pointing to the old links after transfering project

In preparation for upgrading to Gitlab 6.0 I moved my project from the root to a new web-projects group.
I then proceeded with the upgrade from 5.4 to 6.0. Now when I try to click on an individual commit in the dashboard it wants to go to project/commit/sha instead of group/project/commit/sha. However the commits tab (gitlab/web-projects/prohect/commits/master) points to the right commits.
