admin can not create project with namespace "/" anymore in 6.0 with new installation

  1. I installed gitlab 6.0, and I create a new project with admin account, but the namespace is only the admin name now, but in the 5.4, admin can use the namespace "/", not belong to anyone.
  2. Admin account can create the project with namespace "/" in gitlab 6.0, if your gitlab is updated from 5.x, not new installation.

so is it a bug? or 6.0 has remove the namespace with "/", where can I see the changelog of 6.0?
