Commits not showing in the dashboard or project home

Created by: cpg

[This is on gitlab 6.0]

Not sure if this has been filed an as issue yet. A couple of searches yielded something similar, but not quite the same (to me).

A second person whom I am sharing a project did a commit in that namespace and project. I can pull in my local repo and I can see the commit in the commits tab. However, neither him nor I can see it in the project home activity or our dashboard.

Not a huge deal, but I expected to see the updates in the activity by refreshing and I was waiting and waiting, until I contacted him eventually and he said he had committed the changes already.
