I'm running the Bitnami 6.0.0 VMWare machine. For a couple of days, auto merge was working, however now, I'm having to manually merge everything.

Running sudo -u git bundle exec rake gitlab:gitlab_shell:check RAILS_ENV=production tells me that all of my repositories are empty. But they're not, I've been pushing and pulling code all week.

I noticed that enable_automerge has been removed.
