Feature request: change user roles in repositories list

When I need to grant permissions of certain user to few repositories, I need to go into each repository and change his project role (for example Guest - > Developer). But if I go into user settings http://example.com/admin/users/demo.user I see in right pane list of repositories with user roles. It will be GREAT feature, if we could change roles directly in this pane (make roles changeable).
