Creating a brand new git repo, but was in "does not exist" status

Migration from 5.0 to 6.0 version, old repositories are working fine (migration was ok), but creating new one, I'm facing an odd beahaviour : the repository is created into gitlab UI but indicate that the repository is not created !

Then, trying to access is in HTTP or git mode draw to the same issue:

Access denied.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

I've notice the issue about SSH key and reinstall my own key into Gitlab. without any success .... :(

any idea ?
