All duplicate messages

I've install gitlab first time with gitlab 4.2 (if i remember) and I migrated all versions up to 6.0. When I push and I close an issue, all posts are duplicated :
It's the same thing in gitlab-ci. But this bug appears only on repo created with gitlab 4.X.
