GitLab shows "New Project / New Group"-dashboard for user in a group without projects

Created by: ahti

So, I just set up a new GitLab instance, created my user and a group (owned by that user). The group does not have any projects yet.

When I log in with that user who has no projects and is member in one group that does also not have any repositories, i get the "You don't have access to any projects right now. New Project / New Group" dashboard.

So to find my group (to, say, add a project to it) I have to go to my profile, then to the groups tab and then to the group.

I think the groups list should be visible on the dashboard even if the user has no projects and only empty groups.
