Group/Dashboard Issue Page has different/less filtering options than Project Issue Page

Summary

Using 6-1-stable the Dashboard and Group Issue pages allow to display issue assigned to the current user only. It would be good if those pages offered the same filtering options like the Projekt Issue page (everyone's/assigned to me/created by me). Especially project managers need an overview like this to filter all issues on group and dashboard pages.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an unassigned issue or assign issue to another user except yourself
  2. On Dashboard and Group Issue Pages there is no way to list the issue

Expected bevahior

An option should be available to filter by issues not assigend to the current user too in Dashboard and Group Pages Issue Lists.
