[6.1] Commit line comment form cut from the right side

The Comment form for a line in commit view is not fully visible in Chromium 29. Links and buttons are therer but not visible.
How to reproduce: Commit something Open the commit in GitLab Comment on a commit line (not commit in general but specific line in the commit diff) Edit the the comment.
Possible solution: div style display:block and width adjustment?
