gitlab 6.1 public access

Created by: Kawazu

In "/home/git/gitlab/config/gitlab.yml",

    ## Default project features settings
    default_projects_features:
      issues: true
      merge_requests: true
      wiki: true
      wall: true
      snippets: true
      public: true

When "public" is set to true, upon project creation (even when checkbox is unchecked), the project is created as a public project.

The workaround is to go back into the project and configure the setting after project creation.

Public mode:
Public access
If checked, this project can be cloned without any authentication. It will also be listed on the public access directory. Any user will have Guest permissions on the repository.
