[FEATURE] Add git daemon mode for a project

Hello,
we are currently evaluating gitlab for Samba development. We need the git daemon for public access cause it is much more efficient than others.
It would be great if you could select "Git Daemon Export" as an Open, then the interface should display a git:// protocol url and create the file git-daemon-export-ok in the repository so that the git daemon allows access.
