Re-opened issues are always listed on top
Created by: sashkab
I've noticed, that one particular issue is always on top of my issue list for one project. Only difference with others - this issue was closed and later re-opened.
I've created new issue, closed it and the re-opened. It got stack in second position, despite I updated couple other issues.
This issue is present in 6.1.
