Project descriptions as Markdown OR let them read README.md

With the new projects view - it would be awesome if you were able to use markdown in the project description. My system now has 100+ repos that have a limited set of Master users who have all the projects in the projects view.
Allowing richer representation of the project description would make the experience a little more comfortable.
Failing that, or even in conjuction with it, using the README.md from the committed code as the description may be another viable way to go.
So, if no description defined - use README.md.
