Dashboard and RSS Feed - Wiki edits

Would it be possible to implement the following?
- Any creations/edits made by a team member on a project's Wiki are headlined on the project's dashboard as well as the RSS feed.
This feature would definitely help team members know when wiki pages have been created or modified.
Before posting this I did my best to search google as well as this issue tracker for more information before posting. If I missed something and this is a case of RTFM please let me know.
