[6.2] small upgrade problem on projects without master branch

Created by: ozaki-r

After upgrade to 6.2, projects without 'master' branch look just-created projects; the home page shows git instructions and any commit pages are redirected to the home page.

I could recover the projects by changing Default Branch in Settings one to another. So I guess the upgrade process forgets to do something for Default Branch != 'master' case.
