Strange dynamic links generation

Hello, so question is:
why i see links when i'm connecting from internet: http://gitlab.contoso.com:443/namespace/project/commit/9ba56dae24ba9bde29048a0fa225ee9ed3439435 but when i use gitlab on local network: https://gitlab.contoso.com/namespace/project/commit/9ba56dae24ba9bde29048a0fa225ee9ed3439435 ?
it happens every time when i paste commit number at comment window.
Our network work behind MS TMG, and it listens 443 and then it uses 80 to speed up connection. local users connect to gitlab to 443.
