Confusion of Web Hooks and Post-receive hooks

With GitLab 6.2.1, going to the project setting, on the left side there is a navigation bar with an item »Web Hooks«. Clicking on there, the page talks about »Post-receive hooks« again, but the link goes to help/web_hooks.
I hope this is a bug and that users actually can upload scripts as hooks into the hooks directory of the bare Git repository.
