Could not find excon-0.13.4 in any of the sources

Hi,
I am using Debian Wheezy (7.0) and I just updated gitlab from 6.2 to 6.2.4. I followed the patch_versions.md in update directory, like everytime I update gitlab. When I tried starting the gitlab service it told me it Could not find excon-0.13.4 in any of the sources.
The ruby-version I am working with is 2.0.0-p247
Any hints?
