Ordering of files

It seems that files are listed in a weird order, at least with folders. Capitalized names are listed before lowercase, not within the correct order.
I'd expect this screenshot to look like:
- assets
- bootstrap
- comtec
- data
- EDI
- entypo
- external-feeds
- ...
