Make it super easy to post images into issues

Hi,
the no. 1 feature request from inside our company is to allow to post images from the clipboard to gitlab issues. This would make it super easy form our PMs/Testers to provide good bug reports. Github has this feature too.
I already posted this on the votes site, but got no response. Please feel free to close it, if you think it doesn't belong here.
