After update to 6.3 dashboard is throwing a 500 failure

After upgrade to 6.3 the dashboard right after login s throwing an 500 failure. The admin pages e.g. are seeming to work fine. Was browsing through logs, but didn't found any valid entry point by now.
The installation is running on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with updated git and PostgreSQL backend.
