Unable to transfer repository from user namespace to group.

Hi there.

Today we've updated our gitlab from 4.2 to the latest 6.4. Now we need to transfer our repos from owners to the group.

Expected behavior: Project transferred from user namespace to the group. Observed behavior: Unable to transfer project. Loading screen after transfer button never ends.
